Improved stamina & Strength!

Kudos to this women’s progress From HOME WORKOUT TRAINING! She started 85.00 kg and came down 71.00 kg
More than her progress on scale, she more happy with the difference she’s having from within. She feels more stronger & active.
She was a beginner and has never done strength training before. She started her strength training journey with me and have become stronger now moving closer to her goals .
Nothing comes easy . It always about pushing yourself to move out from your comfort zone . Keep it mind that there are no shortcuts.
Take it step by step and make sure you are always a step ahead of what you were yesterday.

Super Proud of my oversea client for her transformation and dedication.
She started at 77.00 kgs and came down to 58.00 kgs
With hard work, patience and consistency, there will always be results. She got these results at HOME just by using a pair of dumbells with pure HARDWORK & DEDICATION!!!

*** Transformation Story ***
"It's been quite a journey at Kalyani's Fitness Home. I’ve tried many options for weight loss before joining Kalyani, be that different gym or different diet plans. Most of them felt like a punishment and something very tough to follow.
During the lockdown, I decided to make one more attempt at weight loss as I had time in hand.
When I started with Kalyani's online workout sessions (it was the only option available during the lockdown), I was sceptical about one to one guidance, whether it’ll be that effective for my weight loss journey. But the workout sessions were really good.
Kalyani has innovative ideas to instigate your interest in the workout.
The attitude of not limiting the workout by using easily available things like water bottles instead of weights or a bolster in the place of an aerobic bench etc is very impressive.
She has a unique ability to give attention to tiny details even during an online workout.
Her diet plans are also very effective. Kalyani believes in the importance of eating right and in the right quantity. Something that can be followed for life.
I am glad that I took this chance. I am aware that I still have to achieve a lot more than what I have today. But I am confident in Kalyani and me that we’ll achieve it soon.
