Chin Mudra (psychic gesture of consciousness) :
Chin mudra is performed in the same way as Jnana mudra ( previous post), except that the palms of both hands face upwards, with the back of the hands resting on the knees. Relax the hands and arms. When the palms face upward in Chin Mudra, the chest area is opened up. The practitioner may experience this as a sense of lightness which is absent in the practice of Jnana Mudra. The effect of the chin or jnana mudras is very subtle and it requires great sensitivity on the part of the practitioner to perceive the change in consciousness established. ------------

چين مودرا همانند جنانا مودرا( پست قبلي) اجرا ميشود، با اين تفاوت كه كف دست ها در اين مودرا به سمت بالا اشاره دارند و پشت دست ها بر روي زانو ها استراحت ميكنند. دست ها و بازوها به حالتي آرام قرار ميگيرند. وقتي كف دستها به سمت بالا قرار ميگيرد باعث گشاده شدن سينه ميشود. اين مودرا احساسي از سبكي را براي تمرين كننده فراهم مي آورد كه در جنانا مودرا اين تجربه حس نميشود. تاثير چين و جنانا مودرا خيلي عميق است وبراي فهم تغييرات بر روي ميزان آگاهي، نيازمند درك و حساسيت بالاي تمرين كننده ميباشد. 💕💕💕💕💕💕

Jnana mudra ( psychic gesture of knowledge): Assume a comfortable meditation posture.
Fold the index fingers so that they touch the inside root of the thumbs. Straighten the other three fingers of each hand so that they are relaxed and slightly apart. Place the hands on the knees with the palms facing down. Relax the hands and arms.
This mudra generate a loop of energy which moves from the brain down to the hand and then back again. --------------------------

What is Mudras?! Mudra is translated as 'gesture' or 'attitude'. Mudras are a combination of subtle physical movements which alter mood, attitude and perception, and which deepen awareness and concentration. Mudras are higher practices which lead to awakening of prana, chakras and kundalini. Each Mudra sets up a different link and has a correspondingly different effect on the body, mind and prana. A mudra can involve the whole body in a combination of asana, pranayama, bandha and visualisation techniques, or it may be a simple hand position.
مودرا چيست؟! مودرا يك لغت سانسكريت به معني اشاره و يا حالت ميباشد. مودرا تركيبي از حركات فيزيكي است كه رفتار و درك رو دگرگون ميكند و همينطور باعث بالا رفتن آگاهي و تمركز ميشود. مودرا جزو تمرينات پيشرفته يوگاست كه باعث هشياري پرانا( انرژي حيات) ، چاكراها( كانال هاي انرژي) و كونداليني ميشود. هر مودرا تاثيرات متفاوتي بر بدن، ذهن و پرانا دارد. يك مودرا ممكن است كل اعضاي بدن را از طريق آسانا( حركات يوگا) ، پراناياما( حركات تنفسي) و باندها( بستن دريچه هاي سه گانه- حنجره، بالاي معده و مقعد) در بر بگيرد و يا فقط يك حركت ساده دست باشد.

Steamed Tofu with Vegetables and Soba Noodles: Soba noodles are Japanese buckwheat noodles. They are soft and, when served in this aromatic broth, absolutely delicious. This is a great healthy, low-fat dish for #kapha . For pitta it is better use rice or egg noodles, leave out the raw spring onions and chillies and add a little extra mint and fresh coriander in with the noodles. This dish works really well with the silken tofu, but if you like more texture you can use firm tofu, grilled in the oven for 3 minutes each side. This dish is not for Vata. "

This is a rectangular ( because it made by a pan) veggie pizza 😊 Red onion, Radicchio and Goat's cheese make this very delicious This is a great #kapha meal, with low-fat, pungent onions and bitter radicchio. The pizza is a complete light meal. Kapha types can choose corn tortillas as the base of pizza. This is also a great #vata dish as cooked onions are good for them, although they can halve the amount of radicchio and add a little extra oil and cheese. That is also a great dish for #pitta . ❤️

Preparation for meditation:
Try to have a special room for meditation in your house. Just a small corner will do, but specially for meditation. Why specially for meditation?!
Because each kind of act creates its own vibration. If you simply meditate in that place, that place become meditative. Every day you meditate, it absorbs your vibration when you are in meditation. What is meditation and awareness?!
"Watching is meditation. What you watch is irrelevant. You can watch the trees, you can watch the river, you can watch the clouds, you can watch children playing around. Watching is meditation. What you watch is not the point; the object is not the point. The quality of observation, the quality of being aware and alert- that's what meditation is. "
Steps of awareness:
1) The first step in awareness is to be very watchful of your body. A deep peace starts prevailing even in your body.
2) Then start becoming aware of your thoughts, just become aware what goes on inside you.
3) third step which needs more intense awareness, and you start reflecting your moods, your emotions.
4) the fourth will happen, when body, mind and emotions, all functioning together perfectly, you can feel the music of all three. The fourth is the reward for those who have done these three. Ultimate awareness is the fourth step. That is the bliss.

A delicious dish for your body type : (Plz check last posts about three Doshas in Ayurveda)
Japanese Pumpkin, Tofu and Tamari Rice:
This dish is a rich rice and vegetable dish with some Japanese flavour. It is quite a nourishing dish and the Japanese pumpkin is delicious here. This is a great dish for Vata and Pitta but a little heavy in terms of the sweet taste for Kapha. It is sweet and a little heavy so kapha should use this kind of dishes in moderate.


Achieving a mindless step in yoga:
How we can achieve to Dharana ( concentration of the mind, sixth stageo of Yoga) and Dhyana ( Meditation, seventh stage of Yoga) by performing Yoga postures ?
Mr Iyengar said: ''I teach dharana in the asana itself. The foundation for dharana (concentration) and dhyana(meditation) has to begin from the practice of asana and pranayama. Just as a surge of high voltage can damage electrical equipment, in a similar way luminous energy generated in dharana and dhyana can damage the nervous system of a person who has not practiced asana (yoga posture) and pranayama ( the regulation of the breath) ''. Equanimity leads to a state of emptiness in the body and mind, bringing serenity to the body cells and stability to the mind. The practitioner learns to stop invading thoughts from entering the brain. It can be possible by one's attention on one thing within the body for long periods of time. For example, the mind can be held in the knee in Salamba Sirsasana( Headstand). while in this pose students are unable to view the knee with their physical eyes and instead, they have to use their microscopic eyes. This allows the consciousness to spread to the dull areas, correcting different disparities and increasing the span of those microscopic eyes. It creates equanimity in the body. Balancing the energy within:
" Every person has two facets of energy: the pingala or the surya nadi ( masculine energy/ sun) and the ida or the chandra nadi ( feminine energy/ moon) . The sun is positive energy representing heat and daytime activity. The moon is negative energy representing coolness and nighttime restfulness. Mr Iyengar understood the importance of creating the perfect balance between the right ( surya nadi) and left ( chandra nadi) sides of the body. Alignment and precision allow the energies to work, interact, intermingle, and unite, bringing about health and balance. Optimum energy is used in the correct practice of yoga and leads the practitioners to a state of equilibrium.
The Bhagvad Gita scripture state: (Yoga is the state of equilibrium). Sage Patanjali, who wrote the treatise Yoga Sutras, explains that the differentiation between the muscles, limbs, joints, organs,mind, intelligence, and self has to disappear to reach this state of equanimity. Tridosha: Vata, Pitta, Kapha
Ayurveda groups the five elements into three basic types of energy or functional principles that are present in everybody and everything.there are no single words in English to describe these principles, so we use the original Sanskrit words vata, pitta and kapha, called the three doshas or tridosha.
As long as the doshas are normal in quality and quantity, they maintain a harmonious psychophysiology.
Vata is the energy of movement, pitta the energy of transformation, digestion or metabolism, and kapha the energy of lubrication and structure. Every dosha is composed of all five elements. However two elements are predominant in each.
Vata is Air and Ether.
Pitta is Fire and Water.
Kapha is Water and Earth.
Vata is the subtle energy associated with movement. It govern breathing, blinking, muscle and tissue movement and all the movements in the cytoplasm. In balance, vata promote creativity and flexibility. Out of balance, it produce fear, anxiety, and abnormal movements.
Pitta expresses itself as the body's metabolic system. it governs digestion, absorption, assimilation, metabolism and body temperature. In balance, pitta promotes understanding and intelligence. Out of balance, pitta arouses anger, hatred, jealousy and inflammatory disorders.
Kapha form the body's structure. kapha supplies the water for all bodily parts and systems and holds the cells together. In balance, kapha is expressed as love, calmness, and forgiveness. out of balance, it leads to attachment, greed, possessiveness, and congestive disorders.


What is Ayurveda?!
Ayurveda means ' science' or ' knowledge of life' and is thought to be over 5,000 years old. Ayurveda has two aspects or sides, the preventative side and the curative side. The preventative side guides us on how to avoid illness with the right diet and lifestyle, meditation and yoga. The curative side consists of eight branches of medicine- internal medicine; paediatrics; psychiatry; treatment of eyes; ears, nose, throat and head; surgery; toxicology; rejuvenation; aphrodisiacs.
Ayurveda believes in the unity of mind , body, and soul, so being ill in one area can affect you in another. For example stress( mind)can cause an ulcer (body) ; and it can affect you on a deeper level, causing depression (soul).
That was a small introduction to Ayurveda, we will see some more principles of this ancient science of India and also many healthy food which I'll provide by the rules of Ayurveda. Follow me in the next posts


what is yoga?
yoga is one of the six orthodox systems of Indian philosophy. It was collected and systematized by Patangali in his classical work, the Yoga Sutrs. one who follow the path of Yoga is a yogi or yogin. A yogi is who controls the mind, intellect, and self, being absorbed in the spirit within him.When the restlessness of the mind, intellect and self is stilled through the practice of Yoga, the yogi by the grace of the spirit within can find the total rest. there is nothing higher than this. the yogi who has achieved it, shall not be moved by the greatest sorrow. this is the real meaning of yoga- a deliverance from contact with pain and sorrow.'
Patangali describes Yoga as ' chitta vrtti nirodhah' this is translated as ' the restraint of mental modifications' which is the main aim of the Yoga.
