Jharkhand State Wushu Coaches Training Camp Concludes

Ranchi: The Jharkhand State Wushu Coaches Training Camp successfully concluded at the Wushu Hall of Birsa Munda Football Stadium, Ranchi. Coaches from 13 districts of the state actively participated in the camp.

At the closing ceremony today, the Chief Guest, Mrs. Pushpa Hassa, motivated the participating coaches and highlighted that this training is a step towards a greater responsibility, where the foundation of future athletes will be laid.

On this occasion, prominent office bearers of the Jharkhand Wushu Association, including Uday Sahu, Mithlesh Sahu, Shivendra Dubey, Amarendra Datt Dwivedi, Shailendra Dubey, Shailendra Kumar, Chanchal Bhattacharya, Ratnesh Kumar and others were present.

It is noteworthy that the training was conducted by Mr. Deepak Gop, an NIS-certified coach and international medalist, who provided detailed knowledge about the basic rules of Wushu.

The Secretary of Jharkhand Wushu Association, Mr. Shailendra Dubey, informed that similar training camps will also be organized at the zonal level in the coming days.

All districts will organize Wushu demonstrations, sports awareness programs, and fitness activities under the campaign “Roj Ek Ghanta Maidan Mein.”
Players, coaches, students, and the public will join to spread the spirit of sports and fitness.
