Parivritti janu Sirshasana
(Spiralled head to knee pose)
By :

How to do :-

1-Sit with the legs about a metre apart.
2-Bend the left knee and place the heel .
3- Bend forward, inclining body to the left to hold right foot.
4- Place the elbow on the floor on inside of the straight leg.
5- Move the right shoulder down towards the right leg.
6- Bring the left arm over the head and grasp right foot with the left hand.
7- Contracting arms, slowly pull the right shoulder towards the right foot.
8- Ease the head under left arm, relax the back and twist the trunk and facing forward.
9- Hold the pose .
10- Release the hands of raising left arm and slowly return to the upright position.

Benefits :-
