In the yogic tradition, spiritual growth is not reserved only for monks or renunciates. A husband and wife can walk the path together, supporting one another in becoming better human beings 🌷

Having completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, becoming flexible, and learning how to perform a few asanas does not automatically make someone a good teacher.

A good teacher remains a student throughout life. The willingness to keep learning, questioning, practicing, and evolving is what allows a teacher to grow in depth and wisdom.

As Patanjali reminds us:

“Sa tu dīrgha-kāla-nairantarya-satkārā-āsevito dṛḍha-bhūmiḥ.” (Yoga Sutra 1.14)

“Practice becomes firmly established when continued for a long time, without interruption, and with sincere dedication.”

The path of yoga is not about collecting certificates; it is about cultivating humility, consistency, and lifelong learning 🌸
