1.) I choose not to shrink my entire existence to one person's choices. My life is vast, meaningful, and still unfolding.

2.) Love is something I embody, not something another person grants or withholds.

3.) I cannot control another person's integrity. I can protect my own.

4.) I cannot yet see the full picture of my life. I trust that what feels like an ending today may one day reveal itself as a beginning.

5.) I refuse to measure the value of my life by the success or failure of a single relationship. My life is infinitely bigger than this moment.

6.) I am not defined by who chooses me or who leaves me. I am defined by how faithfully I choose myself.

7.) I do not know why this has happened, but I know that I can meet this moment with courage, dignity, and love.

8.) This pain is an experience I am having. It is not who I am.so i will not let it lead the day

9.) I release the need to understand everything today. Clarity comes with time, and I trust time to do its work.

10.) Even in heartbreak, I remain whole. Nothing outside of me can take away what is essential within me.

We have been following a pattern of wrong thinking for a while now. Lets deconstruct amd reconstruct this process because worry is one of the worst ways to create more negative karma. Trust me we have enough acculamated karma, lets unbecome it ✨️🙏

Dont know how much it changed my life but it definately changed me and thats perfectly enough ✨️

You come with a blueprint, whether you see it or not.It constantly unfolds the experiences you curated.Before you came down, life's intelligence is higher than your intelligent, it knows you from the time of your Inception. So everything in this life that is creating a balance will give you a dual experience. Good - bad, high- low, profit- loss. Just keep moving with the flow and trust. Everything will work out for you, that energy itself. We bring abundance and balance like no other🥰

Since I was very young, I realised that the world is not a small place, But our soul family is, we come here with a karmic blueprint, have to exchange the good bad, the ugly, we usually get caught in it.The disrespect is not accepted the betrayal, the hurt, none of the bad things aacepted, we all want the good parts of a relationship, but life doesn't move that way.

Every experience that finds you is an experience.You have given to someone in some lifetime. We would like to see the good parts that way but not the bad ones.
These experiences find you again is so that you can balance it off with a response and not a reaction. A very big part of growing up is learning this through self study and universal wisdom.
