Pranayama is the practice of Breath regulation which involves controlling your breath in different styles and Lengths. Its is a main component of Yoga which works on physical and mental wellness

Now the question arises that how long we have to practice the Pranayama and when ?

-> So here is the answer We should do Pranayama practice daily 10-15 minutes with empty stomach.😊
