elieve alignment is very important in yoga and then I moved towards Ashtanga Yoga. All of my knowledge developed me to continue my journey to the spiritual practice of yoga in a meaningful way. Three years later, I become a CertifiedYoga Instructor as an E-R-Y-T from Yoga alliance which helped me to start teaching in Yoga teacher training yoga schools to students traveling from all over the world. Moreover, I have completed my diploma in yoga for more deep knowledge and have also done overseas workshops in Thailand and Singapore yoga studios. As a teacher, I am guiding people toward leading a life full of abundance and inner richness in order to overcome their physical and mental barriers. I learned to connect with the ancient practice of yoga philosophy for self-actualization and higher consciousness. As a teacher, I aim to transmit the true essence of yoga to develop inner strength, physical health, mental balance, and spiritual enlightenment to help both humanity and the world. Currently, I am working as a Yoga Teacher in Overseas Such as in Malaysia, Singapore, and Bangkok. My style of yoga is Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and Mutistyle Yoga.
