Behind every step forward for Cricket for the Blind in the USA is relentless, on-ground effort that often goes unseen but never unfelt.
A sincere thanks to Mr. Atul Shah, Mr. Shivan Goudar, and our Samarthanam USA volunteers who are putting in real work on the ground. From organizing fundraisers to consistently pushing conversations, building connections, and opening doors, your effort is what’s making this movement visible in a new country.
Our team met Cameron White, Australian cricketer and Head Coach of the SFO Unicon Team, reflecting the same intent and persistence to take Cricket for the Blind into the mainstream sporting space.
This is not just support, this is ownership of the cause and the will to grow it beyond boundaries.

Cricket for the Blind USA is a reminder that sport doesn’t begin with sight; it begins with spirit.
Cricket for the Blind USA team is creating a space where determination matters more than vision, and every player steps onto the field with pride, skill, and confidence.
Each match is more than a game; it’s trust, coordination, awareness, and pure passion in motion.
This isn’t about limitation. It’s about redefining what’s possible in sport. Cricket without sight.
But never without vision for the future.

Ana Sierra from the USA Women’s Blind Cricket Team was honoured at a special Women’s Day organised by the American Progressive Telugu Association.
At a time when the Women’s T20 World Cup for the Blind is gaining global attention, moments like these remind us how women are pushing limits and creating their own space in sports.
This is more than recognition, it’s a celebration of strength, independence, and equal opportunities for every woman to dream, play, and lead.
