Didn’t expect Kochi to be this charming!
Aesthetic cafés, art showcases, vintage shops, slow vibe…
Just sinfully hot and humid this time of the year.

Teaching over the years has made me observe more than instruct. And what I keep seeing is this:
People don’t just practice, they reveal.
Their patterns, their habits, their resistance, their capacity.
The mat just gives it space.
Interesting na?

Most people try to force a hamstring stretch, but the real key often lies in the spine.
When the spine lengthens and extends properly, the hamstrings naturally begin to release without strain. Instead of pulling aggressively on the back of the legs, focus on creating space through the spine first — the body responds much more intelligently.
This simple drill helps you explore that connection between spinal extension and hamstring length, making your forward folds safer, deeper, and more sustainable over time.
Try it out and notice the difference.
