β
Ancient Yogic texts has explained that there are 72000 numbers of Nadis in our body. And yes, Navel can be displaced due to any nerve being unhealthy.
β
Navel displacement can cause severe problems if left untreated.
Here's how, you can check your navel, if it's displaced or is normal.
β
Also, apart from that, if you feel the heartbeat on the upper side only, this means Prana is more powerful than Apana that would cause problems like constipation.
β
But if the heartbeat is felt on the lower side, then Apana is more powerful than Prana and would cause loose motions.
Hope this technique helps in identifying your problem.
Comment below your experiences as well.
Hope this helps πβ£οΈ

Yoga poses are not gymnastic exercises. It is a discipline. It is personal experience and not in any way competitive with others or with yourself.
Asana practice, like ayurveda, is designed to eliminate the disease causing doshas from the body.
So, prana is the pure energy that arises through the proper digestion of food. That is the positive condition of VATTA. Vatta as a toxin is the waste material or gas that is the by- product of the digestive process.
β
The general rule of reducing the vatta doshas during asana practice should aim at releasing tension from the large intestine and abdominal regions.
β
most asanas reduce vatta because they use muscles and creates a pressure and massaging action that soothes vatta.
β
Do the asana slowly, generally without undue or sudden use of force.
β
keep your body calm, centered and relaxed throughout your practice.
Hope this helps.π
Ushtrasana ( Camel Pose) πΈ
β
This asana is beneficial for the digestive and reproductive systems.
β
The backward bend loosens up the vertebrae and stimulates the spinal nerves, relieving backache, rounded back and drooping shoulders.
β
It is helpful for people suffering from asthma and thyroid related issues.
But with its benefits, one must know its counter indications as well.
1β£ People with severe back ailments such as lumbago, migraine, arthritis in solicited zones, hyper tension should not attempt this asana.
2β£ Always attempt any asan under the guidance of the teacher.
β© Breathing:
Normal. Do not try to breathe deeply because the chest is already stretched.
πΌπΌ GOMUKHASANA (Cow's face pose) πΌπΌ
1β£ Gomukhasana is an excellent asana for inducing relaxation.
2β£ If practised for 5 minutes or more, it will alleviate tiredness, tension and anxiety.
3β£ It relieves backache, sciatica, rheumatism and general stiffness in the shoulders and neck, and improves posture by increasing energy, awareness, and generally opening the chest area.
4β£ It alleviates cramp in the legs and makes the leg muscles supple.

Did you know, that yoga asana practice differs according to every body type.
Parsvottanasan (intense sideways stretch pose) is highly effective in balancing tridoshas that is
πΌ Vatta, Pitta and Kapha
But it is very helpful in combating vatta dominance with moderate holding and focusing on ujjayi breath (advance stage) or slow breaths (beginners / intermediate stage) and concentrating on leg strength, stability and stillness.
β‘οΈ IMPORTANT
Make sure to open up the chest towards the feet and lift the sitting bones( lower part of the pelvis).
Likewise, if you're haaving pitta dominance, then,
β focus more on holding for short period of time and beathing should be long and easy while concentrating more on gentle practice and releasing.
β‘οΈ IMPORTANT
Make sure to stretch your hamstrings and strengthen the spine while relaxing your spine.
Lastly, if you have a Kapha dominance body, then, you should definitely hold this posture for a longer period of time while practicing 3-4 sets in one stretch. Breathing should be normal and concentrate more on strengthening legs and extension.
β‘οΈ IMPORTANT
Lengthen and lift the back legs to extend the front torso, open the chest.
Hope it helpsπβ€
Save and share and aware others about this practice as well.
No doubt, jaggery is the best. But before consuming anything, one should know about how and when to consume.
Become your own health hero. β£οΈπ
I had to give this challenge a try. It was hard, so made it simple.
Never be hard on yourself. Go slow and be consistent.
Living in a world where gaming and smartphones have taken place. How often do we take time out to sit and stay silent? Never, I guess.
So, start today by switching off your mobile phones for sometime and stay silent. As silence gives us time to think, act and remain overall healthy as well.
𧑠It helps the brain to focus and have better memory consolidation.
β€ sitting in silence could also boost brain growth by creating new cells in the hippocampus region as it is linked to our ability to learn, remember things, and even our emotions.
π spending a few minutes in silence leads to improved sleep, especially for insomniacs.
π heightens Sensitivity that promotes overall well being.
So, start today and feel the difference.
Hope, this helps. ππ€
These are a few important things which needs to be kept in mind while starting your asan practice.
Always make out some time for your self practice and focus more on process and sequences related to movements are more important as learning any asanas.
These are very basic tips to understand before practicing.
Always listen to your body. Don't over strain it, as it may cause an injury. If you're not feeling comfortable then leave it immediately.
Never ever hold your breathing while practicing advance asana. Holding your breathing may cause severe side effects.
Never start with advance asana directly. Master your roots that is basic asana in order to reach out to advance ones.
Hope this helps. π
Practice and stay safeβ€
This is how I relax after a good practice πͺπ―π
πΌIf you think stretching is something as performed only by runners or gymnasts. Then, you need to think again.
πΌ According to recent survey by harvard medical school, it has been found out that stretching should be done on a regular basis.
πΌ stretching keeps the muscle flexible, strong, healthy, lean and we really need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
πΌ Regular stretching keeps muscles long, lean and this means that EXERTION won't put too much force on the muscle itself and in return makes muscle strong and help a person with balance problems to avoid falls.

People now a days are having a new trend of mixing fruits and eating them altogether.
WARNING - NEVER EVER mix them and eatπ
Reason to this is very simple.
As according to Ayurveda, every fruit that we eat has different nature/ prakriti.
So if you mix them all, it becomes ACIDIC and creates burden on our stomach while digesting. It makes your tummy confused while digesting.
As different fruits digest at different rates.
So, when you mix fruits and eat them, it creates PITTA and causes bloating and constipation, which is again a common issue that almost 99.9% people are suffering today. This is the reason why people complaint about eating fruits and still facing problems.
And answer to this is also again very simple.
Eat one fruit at a time. It will get digested easily. Hence, balances our nature i.e vatta, pitta and kapha.
It will benefit you more rather eating them altogether. πβ€
It will always be YOU vs YOUβ€

Due to haphazard lifestyle, we often suffer from the common problems like bloating n indigestion. Though we can cure it through proper lifestyle but it may lead to some serious issues that could be life threatening too.
So, sharing some tips on how you can keep this problem at a bay.
And trust me, I have tried it and got the best results.
1. Coconut water - I will definitely call it a 'Life saviour' as it cures digestion related problems, which is a root cause of many serious diseases, if ignored.
While comparable to other healthy drinks, coconut water is
low in calories, rich in fibres, free of fat and cholesterol and the perfect beverage for restoring hydration and replenishing electrolytes lost during exercises.
Also cures 'Tridoshas' that is vatta, pitta, kapha.
2. Soaked Figs and black grape raisins (munakka)
These are the complete natural medicine for your body.
4.9g of fiber is what 1/2 cupcup of dried figs offer, which is enough to add bulk and ease bowel movements.
Munakka- According to ayurveda, it is useful for managing constipation due to its laxative property and helps to control acidity due to its cooling property.
3. Watermelon - Easily available and loaded with lots of benefits makes it useful in curing bloating and constipation.
High in beta-carotene, watermelon substantially balances the blood and reduces Pitta justifying its prominence as a summertime fruit.
