The Asian Arm Boxing Federation invites all Asian nations to join one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic combat sports in the world — Arm Boxing.
Arm Boxing is rapidly gaining global popularity due to its unique competition formats, athlete safety standards, and exciting spectator appeal. The sport features four distinct and internationally recognized events, making it inclusive for athletes from various combat backgrounds:
Amateur Boxing Event – Similar in style and rules to traditional boxing, focusing on skill, speed, and technique.
Touch Contact (No-Knockout) Event – Inspired by karate-style point fighting, emphasizing control, accuracy, and discipline.
Full Body Contact Event – A high-intensity format where boxers can strike with full power, showcasing strength and endurance.
Low Body Contact Event – Controlled competition allowing punches and kicks with half power, promoting safety and technical precision.

Arm Boxing Sports – Belt Grading System
The Arm Boxing Sports Belt Grading System is a structured and progressive ranking method designed to evaluate an athlete’s technical skill, physical ability, discipline, sportsmanship, and competitive experience. This system ensures standardization, transparency, and athlete development from beginner to elite levels.
The belt grading system provides athletes with clear goals and motivation, helping them measure personal growth while maintaining international standards of safety and performance.
Purpose of the Belt Grading System
To recognize skill level and technical competence
To promote discipline, ethics, and fair play

Official Belt Levels in Arm Boxing Sports
1. White Belt (Beginner Level)

2. Yellow Belt (Elementary Level)

AMATEUR BOXING EVENT

Amateur Boxing is played inside a boxing ring. Boxers wear boxing gloves, Head Gears and Boxing shoes. They can use only boxing punches like jab, straight punch, hook, and uppercut to attack and defend. Kicks are not allowed in this event. Knockouts are allowed.
