On the 9th, the World Taekwondo Headquarters announced that three candidates for the K*kkiwon President position have completed registration. A new President will be elected via online voting on the (Friday). We look forward to electing an outstanding President (education, judging, and technical skills).

Day is held every year on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰 to bring our global 𝑻𝒂𝒆𝒌𝒘𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒐 𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 together in celebration of our sport and all that it brings to society, on and off the mat.

It is celebrated on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰 in commemoration of the IOC’s decision on that date in 1994 to include Taekwondo on the Sydney 2000 program – a historic milestone which has seen Taekwondo feature at every Games since.

This year’s 𝑻𝒂𝒆𝒌𝒘𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒐 𝑫𝒂𝒚 is particularly special as it falls on the 50th anniversary of the founding of as an international Olympic sport federation.

To mark this special occasion we are calling on all our members to 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣 𝙪𝙨 in promoting and sharing the joy of Taekwondo across their digital and so

Honorary Dan presentation to the Navy Admirals at ROKS MARADO (Assault ship of the Republic of Korea Navy)


President D**g Sup, LEE has presented 23 Honorary Dan to the ADMIRALS(commanders) of the Navy from 20 countries.
Korean Chief of Naval Operations Jong Ho, LEE, host of the event, celebrated the Honorary Dan presentation and welcomed us all.
The Demo Team also performed to celebrate the presentation and it was very successful and enjoyed by many Navy delegations,
The Honorary Dan was presented to Admirals from Colombia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Peru, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Ecuador, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Indonesia, United States of America, Vietnam, Poland, Singapore, Turkiye, Germany, Chile, Australia.
