Some runners think the medical certificate is just a piece of paper.
Some think a dentist can sign it.
Some think a doctor should predict the future.
Meanwhile, the Race Director is on the mountain marking routes, checking aid stations, coordinating volunteers, and answering questions that would make anyone need a medical certificate! 😂🏔️
The certificate is not about guaranteeing safety.
It's about responsibility.
Now excuse me, I'm back on the mountain. If the questions continue, I'll need my own fitness certificate before race day. 😄
