My Journey to Fit from Fat.

I was worried about my weight gain as it was increasing gradually. Since 2015 I have tried so many medicines and supplements only to lose some weight and gain it back. Friends, Relatives and whoever came to my home used to ask me only one question why you are so fat? I could not answer them.

Then one day I came across my friend Chestha's transformation and she helped me to get in touch with my coach Suvith D'souza sir. He helped me to understand the science behind weight loss and with his guidance, I have lost 25 kgs.

Thank you sir for your guidance. You came like a shining star for me. Earlier I was suffering from tiredness and breathing problems but now I am fine. The good thing about this weight loss journey is that I can eat my favourite food. So if you are trying to lose weight I would recommend you to get in touch with my coach Suvith sir. Get up guy's before it's too late.

Old dresses which I can't wear are fit now. Once again Thank u so much sir for your guidance. The journey is not over, 10 more kgs to lose and I am confident to achieve it 😀

The Comfort zone is great but nothing grows in the comfort zone. There is always one waiting for us in future.

Check if you are presently in your comfort zone and especially when it comes to health if it's affecting you.
