Next time when you feel like snacking just observe if you automatically reach out Junk - “Ready to Eat” ?

We have a plethora of coloroful fruits and vegetables that are as good as “Ready to eat” but we rarely reach out to them..

😢Carrot kaun khata hai?
😢I feel like have kuch namkeen- not sweet or sour fruits.
😢Curd se thode pet bharega??
😢Milk kaun lega, dairy is a no no.!!

Our question is why not?! Somewhere down the line our healthy “Ready to eat” choices were replaced with oily and fatty ready to eat junk!

Craving sweet? Have a banana.
Craving salt? Have an apple or a carrot with salt.

And no. We arent asking you go entirely clean.. we know its practically impossible for many given many situations..

But can you try replacing the right side “ready to eat” options with left side options… 80% of the time 😊🙏🏻
