Which Is Better for Weight Loss Cardio or Weights?
Research has shown weight training burns more calories compared to cardio.
Cardio reduces risk of heart disease, improves the quality of your night-time sleep and improves brain cell function and helps create new cells. Cardio can be easily adapted & helps lose weight faster as compared to the weight training however, this weight loss is a combination of fat & muscle. What's sports for you ? Sport in general is my daily supporter almost in every situation even if I'm at work somewhere in this world I can't live without my daily routine of a workout.
