Is community ka part banne se pehle meri life bilkul disorganised thi. Der raat tak jagna, irregular khana, digestion kharab, energy low, skin dull ho gayi thi aur hairfall bhi zyada ho raha tha. Andar se confidence toot raha tha… lagta tha shayad main kabhi healthy feel nahi kar paunga.

Turning Point…
Tab mere coach ne mujhe Healthy Community mein invite kiya. Yahan mujhe 7 pillars of good health samjhaye gaye — nutrition, exercise, water, sleep, positive mindset, coach guidance aur consistency. Unki nigrani aur daily accountability ne mujhe dheere-dheere meri buri aadaton se bahar nikala.

Aaj main pehle se zyada energetic feel karta hoon. Digestion better hai, neend sahi aati hai, skin aur hairfall mein improvement hai. Sabse badi baat — maine lagbhag 32 kg weight loss achieve kiya. Lekin sirf weight loss nahi… maine apni aadatein aur apni soch badli.
Aaj main thankful hoon apne coach aur is positive community ka jinhone mujhe sirf diet nahi, ek healthy lifestyle jeena sikhaya.
