If you would really want to abide by a health related resolution this new year with less hassle i.e. No Gym, Less Exercise, etc, then make sure to not be FOOLED by these so called Food Companies. Give them up. There is nothing great about it.
I'm not saying don't eat your chips and fries, but why not make it fresh or get it made fresh as per the need and enjoy it. There are always better options. And it's high time now that🫵 choose right
Survival of the Fittest Afterall. The choices here are a big step towards it, towards preventing, and controlling diseases and being functional.

Today's fast-paced lifestyle is a significant contributor to the rise in chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. Several factors in modern living, including poor dietary habits, sedentary behavior, and high-stress environments, are driving this increase.
Key Lifestyle Factors:
1. Poor Nutrition: Processed and fast foods, high in sugars, fats, and salt, dominate many diets, leading to weight gain, poor heart health, and increased risk of type 2 diabetes.
2. Physical Inactivity: With sedentary jobs and increased screen time, both children and adults fail to meet physical activity guidelines. Physical inactivity is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, obesity, and metabolic disorders.
3. Chronic Stress: Work pressures, financial strain, and social expectations contribute to chronic stress, which negatively impacts the immune system, increases inflammation, and elevates the risk of conditions like hypertension and heart disease.
4. Sleep Deprivation: The demands of modern life often interfere with adequate sleep, which is crucial for physical recovery, immune function, and mental well-being. Poor sleep is associated with obesity, diabetes, and heart conditions.
Addressing these lifestyle factors through better nutrition, regular exercise, stress management, and improved sleep can help mitigate the growing burden of chronic diseases.

Sometimes, when we take medicine, it can affect how our body absorbs and uses important nutrients. For example, some medicines like antibiotics or antacids can make it harder for our stomach to absorb minerals like calcium. Other medicines, such as diuretics (which help you p*e more), can cause the body to lose essential nutrients like potassium and magnesium through urine.
Certain drugs may also sp*ed up the way our body uses energy, which means we need more vitamins and minerals to keep everything running smoothly. Plus, some medications can affect how well the liver stores and releases nutrients, or they might make it difficult for our body to turn vitamins into the forms we can actually use. So, while medicines help in other ways, they might also mean we need to pay extra attention to our nutrition.
🔴NOTE: this is NOT an anti-medication post. This is a post to inform you of possible nutrients that you may need to pay attention to when taking medications.
