5 things to check when doing the shoulder press machine:
1. Seat Height: set the seat so the handles align with your shoulders.
2. Posture: keep your chest up and back firmly against the pad.
3. Grip: hold the handles firmly with neutral wrists.
4. Range of Motion (ROM): press the handles up fully with control and lower slowly until elbows reach around 90°.
5. Control: avoid using momentum — focus on slow and controlled reps.
Train with proper form. Build stronger shoulders. 🔥
