Rými - S P A C E on a mat - is a space where strength and resiliance meet softness and care.
As I prepare for an upcoming beginner course, I’m also refining the principles I'll follow as a teacher.
In this process, I’m exploring how to make a yoga class feel more intentional and personal — turning it into a home-based ritual of reconnection with the body and softness, as I would also love to offer private sessions in the future.
I’m enjoying not only creating beginner-friendly flows but also building the visual expression of RÝMI and its concept.

As RÝMI is slowly unfolding, I feel like sharing a bit of my story and where I am right now.
I started practicing yoga six years ago. In the summer of 2025, I completed a 200-hour online yoga teacher training. Shortly after, I joined a kids yoga course in October 2025 and soon began teaching yoga to preschool children aged 5–6, twice a week.
Kids yoga is going incredibly well, and the children truly love practicing yoga with me. Their joy, curiosity, and honesty continue to inspire me and encourage me to stay on this path.
To deepen my knowledge, I later joined another 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, in a very authentic and traditional environment. During this training, I had the opportunity not only to deepen my practice but also to explore the more spiritual side of yoga and its philosophy.
Beyond that, I focus on overall health and fitness, combining yoga, Pilates-inspired strength training, and regular cardio. For me, a healthy lifestyle goes far beyond movement and food.
I approach yoga and movement in their wholeness — not just as stretching or a way to improve flexibility or stability, but as a philosophy and practice that builds strength, discipline, resilience, and balance in body and mind.
Alongside yoga, I am also a certified personal trainer, and for the past three years I have been deeply focused on strength training, particularly hypertrophy.
I combine different styles depending on the moment and the natural flow. While I was previously more focused on Vinyasa yoga and resistance training, after years of building a strong foundation, I’ve recently been drawn more to Yin and Restorative yoga, and slower, gentler movement styles. This is also a way to gently respect natural cycles and the changing seasons of life — something I find especially important for women.
I welcome anyone who wants to explore yoga or other forms of movement in a supportive and beginner-friendly environment.
