The results of our cooperation with the icelandic Aurora foundation and craftsmen and women in Sierra Leone, is exhibited this week at Design March in Reykjavík.

Rephrasals, a cooperation with Petra Lilja opening tomorrow at Form/Design Center Malmö 12-14!

We have both chosen 3 designs from our respective countries and described them through a set of definitions. We have then swapped these definitions resulting in a kind of design brief. The new objects (ours pictured below) are rephrasals of the original objects, similar in motivation and materiality but different in form.

A huge thank you to the Finnish Cultural Foundation and Form Design Center for believing in our crazy project which probably sounded a bit random on paper but makes so much sense now that we see the results.

Patterns, patterns, patterns! Volume 6 of our 1+1+1 project is shown this week at Ilcaffè Söder, Södermanngatan 23.

New 1+1+1 posters arrived! They are based on wallpaper patterns which will be shown in 1 week at Stockholm design week. One pattern from each studio, superimposed on top of each other. Come see the whole show at IlCaffè Söder, party on Wed evening!

Echoes - 100 Years in Finnish Design and Architecture open for the public starting today. The exhibition shows examples from every decade, shown side by side under eight themes. The exhibition which is one of the biggest Finland100 events abroad, will be travelling to four other cities in 2017. Hope you are able to see it in either Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest, Prague or Berlin!
