Ancora con il cuore (e i muscoli!) pieni di energia dopo un weekend incredibile. 🧘🏼‍♀️✨
Ho trascorso una formazione intensa di Wunda Chair organizzato da presso la splendida sede di . È stato un viaggio alla scoperta di nuove sfide e consapevolezze. Essere guidati da una grande professionista come elyc11.8 è stata un’esperienza incredibile: la sua competenza e la sua visione sono una fonte d’ispirazione continua.
Perché lo faccio? Perché ho trovato la nostra scuola dove crediamo che la formazione non finisca mai. Studiamo, ci mettiamo in discussione e alziamo l’asticella ogni giorno perché i nostri allievi e clienti meritano solo l’eccellenza. Torniamo in studio carichi di nuovi stimoli, pronti a farvi scoprire tutto il potenziale di questo attrezzo meraviglioso!

GINNASTICA ADDOMINALE The Center Method

NUOVI CORSI IN PARTENZA A GENNAIO AD ACQUI TERME

La diastasi dei retti addominali consiste nella separazione eccessiva della parte destra dalla parte sinistra del muscolo retto addominale, le quali si allargano, allontanandosi della linea mediana. È una condizione molto frequente dopo la gravidanza.

La Ginnastica Addominale The Center Method è una ginnastica posturale. Ci permettono di tonificare la fascia addominale e il pavimento pelvico mentre riequilibriamo la statica della colonna vertebrale. Un buon tono addominale è alla base di una corretta postura, una sensazione di benessere generalizzato e un evidente miglioramento estetico.

PERCHÉ È PER CHI
• Tonifica la fascia addominale riducendo efficacemente il punto vita;
• Diminuisce i problemi alla schiena migliorando la postura, l’equilibrio e la mobilità;
• Previene e tratta l’incontinenza urinaria e le ernie aumentando il tono del pavimento pelvico;
• Migliora la stitichezza e le funzioni sessuali aumentando la vascolarizzazione pelvi­perineale;
• Aumenta la capacità respiratoria lavorando sul diaframma e sui muscoli della gabbia toracica
• Ottima ginnastica per il recupero corporeo dopo il parto e per chiunque voglia mantenersi in forma senza gravare sulla schiena e il pavimento pelvico.

COSA FAREMO AL CORSO BEGINNER?
• La prima volta abbiamo una consultazione in cui controlleremo la condizione dei muscoli addominali e la separazione tra loro se ne hai uno;
• Modelleremo gli esercizi per la tua condizione e il tuo livello;
• Impareremo gli esercizi di base;

Whatever type of birth you have, in the first few weeks after childbirth the pelvic floor is recovering and it's function may well be reduced. It's worth waiting a couple of weeks before starting to use a carrier for this reason.
If you're struggling to feel your pelvic floor muscles working, or experiencing heaviness, dragging or pain in the pelvis, or suffering with any incontinence following childbirth then it's worth considering whether baby-wearing is suitable for you. The added weight of carrying your baby on your front, the postural changes it can encourage, and the pressure of a tight belt around your waist can all increase pressure on the pelvic floor, and therefore may contribute to worsening symptoms. Seeking an appointment to a re**us diastasis trainer or to a physiotherapist to check the condition of your pelvic floor. Just to ensure you don't cause any further issues and resolve any problems so that you can use your carrier safely.
In any case pelvic floor exercises are your friends after the childbirth. Visit my online postpartum lessons and enjoy the benefits of your healthy and strong pelvic floor.
