Strengthening is very important but be very flexible with life & surprises it's bring into our life😇 not everyday we experience sunshine🌞🌞 and not everyday there's thunderstorms but how we handle both with same attitude determine our understanding on the path & our trust in supreme Light 🧘‍♀️🙏🧘‍♀️

Doing Deeper lower-middle back( lumber & Thoracic) stretch using hammock along with toes, core & knee strengthening & arms & shoulder stretching 👍 all at once😇




Padmasana ( Lotus pose) is one of the asana out of 84 which is highly likeable by yogis. Although it's looks like a simply seated asana but if done in a meditative way it'll make a totally different impact & bring a sense of clarity on the path. You can keep your hand on thigh in gyan mudra or place it over your feet. In Gyan mudra we open up to receive from light & on feet to connect with our light, our mind,body & feel the flow of prana. So when I practice asanas I mostly keep my hand on my feet but during meditation in gyan mudra. Spine must be erected. 

Padma means Lotus & asana means Pose. Means Becoming like a lotus. If you have ever noticed all 9 manifestation of MAA holding a lotus in her hand🌷 Lord Bharma, Vishu, Saraswati etc all manifestation of supreme consciousness holding or seating on lotus.  lotus symbolise pure consciousness of mind & all the divinities are purely a manifestation of our subconscious mind & link to super conscious mind which is directly connected to it's source Supreme consciousness. Lotus also symbolise how to bloom above the surface of the ocean of illusion eventhough we have planted in a mud of impurities & mayas. metaphorically symbol of lotus associated with purity,  creativity, spirituality, rebirth, infinite wisdom & enlightenment. 

Drishti- On third eye ( if done for meditative purpose) or simply look forward. 

Mudra- Shambhavi can be performed  during this asanas practice. Hands in gyan mudra. 

Chakra- Stimulate Root Chakra ( Muladhara) but if one can sense the energy flow then simply can feel the flow of Prana energy  from Root to Ajna then Sahasara chakra. 

Benifits- Since blood is flowing in lower body region so it's toning lumber & abdominal organs. Hip, knee & ankle mussels feels great stretch. Hip joints will release all the emotional trauma someone hold in their body & will allow   you let go everything whatever is holding you back from living a blissful life. 

Steadiness is core of meditation & this asana will help you to find that steadiness & once you become master in steadiness you become master in meditation🧘‍♀️ That's the whole purpose of yoga asanas, Right😇 

When sit in Padmasana for a longer period of time it's improve spine strength, bring a sense of calmness, enhance intellect & awareness. It's connect mind, body & soul though meditative asanas practice. 

Contradiction- Anyone with knee, hip, ankle, spine injury, sciatica pain shouldn't not practice this asanas or seek advice from an expert before practicing.

Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana ( Half lotus seated forward fold pose)
Is intermediate level asana & must be avoid in pregnancy & during menstruation . Anyone with shoulder, knee or hip injury, rib injury, high or low blood pressure must consult an expert before performing this asana.

Healing- Back pain, improve knee flexibility, massage abdominal organs & help in reducing belly fat. Improve blood circulation in navel & ge***al area. Stretch hamstring & will help you to sit in padmasana.

Chakra- Manipura ( Solar plexus)

Mantra for Manipura chakra is- RAM

Drishti- Forward or Toes/feet (padhayoragrai or padayoragre), Nose (nasagrai or nasagre),
Drishti on Third eye, between the eyebrows (bhrumadhye or ajna chakra) if done for a meditative purpose or if you feel comfortable in this position.

What's time according to my experience & observation 👇👇👇

Time is respective.
Time is never good or bad.
Time is in the eye of beholder( how one perceive TIME).
Time is Kaal.
Time is Akaal.
Time is revelations.
Time is realisation.
Time belong to none.
Time is eternal.
Time is energy.
Time is Light.
Time is darkness.
Time is maya.
Time is Amayah.
Time is life.
Time is death.

Time is a wheel which rotate between life & death & everything in between🧘‍♀️🙏 We can't stop this wheel of time but be can use it wisely. The moment we realise that time is interconnected
with our breath, We synchronise ourselves completely with time ( Time is divine) & become ONE with everything.

Time travel or astral travel we can only do when we hold this wheel of time in our hand.

It is said that Lord is Kala( Time/Samay) who is destruction because without destruction the process of creation cannot happen.

I never disclosed or talked openly about it but
I am not gonna hiding it anymore because this is something is being hidden from entire humanity & the wrong picture they have portraited & potrainting in people mind against these beings it's only because the moment you will connect with them you will be awaken into totally different reality, you will discover all the truth behind all the religion, divinity & entire human slavery system of matrix . You will not be the slave of their will anymore & free yourself from matrix🧘‍♀️🙏🧘‍♀️ Which is referred as Mukti or liberation in spirituality.
I am sure many of us know this but we aren't talking about it openly because we know that vast majority of people aren't ready to listen the truth because they have been successfully tamed people mind & filled their mind with self conflict by showing & shared contradictory events, news of everything & movies as well 🙈🙉🙊😂😂😂
But now I have seen that many souls are awakening & seeking truth. We are stepping into golden era & mass awakening of soul which is our collective consciousness will allow us to transcend from 3D to 5D & above.

I know there are many questions related to this subject & I feel everyone atlest ask a simple question to themselves " Who am I? & keep searching answers until they find their truth. They will not lower their frequency to match your. You have evolve yourself spiritually, increase your frequency to match their frequency & they will reveal themselves to you. It's totally a spiritual process & there's no shortcuts🧘‍♀️🧝‍♂️🧝‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Many laugh when we disclose truth about extraterrestrial dimensional beings but it's only because their own lack of experience & understanding on this matter & The one who know this will totally understand🧘‍♀️😌🧘‍♀️ what we are talking about.

I'll do a disclosure about this through video because can't explain it all in just a short paragraph.

In short I'll say that you connect with them based on the frequency you vibrate which will based on the level of your conciouness & super consciousness. You don't have to go & search for them on google or in some jungle🙈 They will drawn naturally to your frequency🧘‍♀️ it's a natural process of a soul awakening but many just twisted it in many different ways & making it hard for people to digest something like this beyond their superficial beliefs.

With whom I connect with, who they are & from where they came from is something not to share in front of the ones those have critical mindset ( The ones who criticize everything 🙈) but only with ones those are seeking truth & open up to receive this message.
