The truth is often something uncomfortable that not everyone is ready to accept, but sooner or later we will all have to face it.
I want to express my gratitude to Sim Sifu, a great and dear friend from Foshan. Between laughter, demonstrations, and a few liters of alcohol, it was a privilege to once again hear stories about Kung Fu from one of its protagonists and experts. Moments like these are priceless and remind us that Kung Fu is not just a martial art, but a true journey into history, culture, and friendship.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sim Sifu.

You will always meet people who will try to belittle your successes. Try not to be the first to do so.

It is not the quantity that counts, but the quality.
Not how many you are, but who you are.
Not numbers but efficiency,
not haste but perseverance.
Not idea but vision.
Do not listen to those who say to live today, you live today but also tomorrow.
There are realities in kung fu that seem small, make little noise, little promotion, and sifu very human and not similar to the fusion between Yoda and master Miyagi.. One of the most exciting meetings and gave so much food for thought is certainly sifu Huishao of Cai Li Fu quan, a very interesting sifu with a superfine martial intelligence that once again makes me understand that every time we learn something new, we ourselves become something new.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.(Mark Twain)

Cangzhou is the Foshan of the north for those who study or research Kung Fu. It is a great privilege to represent Bagua in the region where the founder of Bagua himself studied

Quindi, buona pratica ipocrita.
Social networks are the mirror of narcissists and the stage of hypocrites. Unfortunately, the advent of AI has not improved the situation, because thinking is very difficult. That's why most people judge. They do it randomly, without knowing, probably just to placate their desire to be noticed, that ego inside that screams: "Look at me, I'm the best in the Colosseum!" But let's face it: those with a bitter taste in their mouth can't spit sweet.
Reflection requires time, so those who reflect don't have time to constantly express judgments. This is what I do: if I write or share a post, it's related to my personal experience. I don't like to emphasize "many think that..., many say that..., some do this but...". I share the personal experience of a man who followed his dreams, went to live in China, studied with the masters he wanted, and teaches Kung Fu. What is there in China for those who live off Kung Fu? Simple: there are more resources. Thinking and suggesting another thought about it is a shameless nonsense. After all, if someone wanted to learn everything there is to know about Neapolitan Pizza, where do you think they should go?
I don't think my points of view need to be shared or appreciated, but indeed they are real and daily facts and do not allude to anyone but myself, probably because I am real. On this network, you see masks and masks. Some are removable and repositionable; but I realize that others are permanent and remain so until the last wrinkle on the face. Today we witness martial arts schools becoming increasingly places of worship, so let's reflect for a moment: religion brings you closer to the place of worship, but hypocrisy fills it. So, good hypocritical practice.

You meet thousands of people, you touch them and nothing happens. Then you meet one that you don't even touch and your life changes. Forever. An honor to be his student and to be able to spread his teachings. Thank You Gwok sifu

These past few days, we had the honor of meeting sifu Tan Jiexiong, a man who dedicating his life to the research and dissemination of Kung Fu. He shared with us fascinating stories, deep analogies, and historical accounts, showing unparalleled passion and dedication.
It was incredible to see the fruits of his efforts, and we hope that in the future, Kung Fu will be recognized for the serious and respectable discipline it is. Sometimes, seeing how it is treated, I feel there is still much to do to adequately value it. Often, ego and misunderstandings cause divisions, but it is precisely through meetings like this that we can rediscover the importance and beauty of this ancient martial art.
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." - Laozi
A big thank you to Tan for his time and wisdom.
