The problem isn’t food.
It’s your inability to manipulate it for your goals.
I know because I lived on the hamster wheel of 1200 cal diets & cutting out carbs.
All it left me on my 12 hour shifts was irritable, starving, & thinking about food.
There is a better way.
Once you learn it you can’t unlearn it….and it removes the fear behind food.
Food is fuel
Food is also 90% of results in my opinion ESPECIALLY if you are someone that works +60 hr weeks.
It’s also what you have the most control over….even when you are eating on the go.
Most women are over compacting it with silly diets, fasting and everything else in between.
I’m here to tell you that you can in fact eat how you want & still lose weight…don’t let the influencers out there brain wash you into thinking you need to follow a restricted diet…it won’t work forever or for your shifts

Sorry but you are not unique here.
My team and I have worked with women whose schedules would run circles around yours.
I’m saying this as wake up call.
You are not special….sorry to break it to you.
But if you keep thinking that way, you’ll stay exactly where you are…unhappy, overweight, and not confident in yourself.
So keep using your job as an excuse if you want.
But I’m here to tell you doing that is just holding you back.
Don’t like the tough love? then this page isn’t for ya.
My team and I are here to transform women.
Not to give into your excuses.
You signed up for the job.
Learn to get fit with it or stop complaining

After getting on thousands of calls with women first responders, military, & healthcare…the one pattern I always catch is that many women I speak to can’t even decide to do something for themselves.
It’s kinda scary actually.
All day long for years you decide on what to do daily…
Which could impact your life & others.
But when it comes to doing something that could actually help you…you can’t make a decision.
You gotta ask your cat, your kids, your spouse, your imaginary friend on what to do.
But deep down you already know the answer.
You are just too afraid to finally put your excuses to bed.
Well, when you’re tired of telling yourself you are too busy, too tired, too over worked or too whatever you want to be today.
The women we work with are already getting the results you wish you had.
You know why?
They decided enough to was enough.
So what are you gonna do? Sit on the sidelines or actually make a change for once?
