Fitness and Discipline This club was started in January 2000, which is registered with the Amateur Swimming Association of Jamaica (ASAJ).
With the objectives of promoting swimming as a life skill, conduct a sport club that will increase the number of disadvantaged children involved in swimming, promote entertainment for members and friends in a social setting. This is a highly competitive swimming club which caters for the needs of non-swimmers and swimmers alike from all ages.
