This workshop aims to share energetic principles & practices that assist in clearing our organs of stagnant energy and negative emotion, and recharge them with Qi/vital energy.

Guided by the Universal Principle of Vibration, Utilizing the Six Healing Sounds of Qi Gong and the moving Meditation that is Kemetic Yoga accompanied by live Drumming / Flute and Kato (Japanese traditional string instrument) - We will use Vibration to cultivate a state of Ease and Wellbeing.

Vibrating Higher from the inside out allows us to experience and embrace a state of Conscious Presence and Wholeness - Balance.

This page started almost 10 years ago and has been through many transitions, faces and stages. I'm happy to share that a regular Skyline Yoga class has been re-established for 2020! Every Sunday evening 6-7:15pm with Dr. Kimani Borland and other teachers! Cost is JMD$1000/class.
