After finishing off the summer season last week, the Flamingos get a taste of the playoffs tonight against the Spartans, 930pm tonight at Steel Ice Center.🦩🏒

While one Flamingo vacations, the rest bring home a win of 7-5 against the Jackyls in the 3rd game of the summer season at Steel Ice. 🌴🦩🏒

After a long weekend filled with hockey, the Mingos unfortuantely did not take the championship title at the 2022 Carsen Kaye Tournament.

Starting off with a tough loss Friday night to the Fresh Sticks, they led into Saturday morning wide awake and refreshed to prevail against the Bombers with the win. However, after a gruelling fight against the Beerclams, the Mingos took another loss and were knocked from the final championship game.

Now that the tournament is finished, we get straight into the summer season at Steel Ice Center starting the week of the 13th! 🦩🏒

As we all know, on Tuesday the Rink at Whitehall closed their doors with no championship games played. But as we go into summer we roll right into tournament season! Starting off with the 2022 Carsen Kaye Tournament running at the Steel Ice Center in Bethlehem from today, June 3rd through Sunday June 5th, which will be the final game to determine the champion team! 🦩🏒

Thankfully there was more grease on the ice than slime last night, leading to a victory of 7-3 against the Sam & Guns. With this being the final regular season game, the championships are still in the air with no formal confirmation. We will keep everyone updated leading into the final days of the rinks doors being open. 🦩🏒

Please help us gain traction in keeping Ice Hockey alive in the Lehigh Valley. Ice time is already hard enough to come by, and now with one less rink available, many teams will lose the ability to continue to play regularly. Let's show our support in keeping the sport we love, where we live! 🦩🏒❤️

GAME SCHEDULE CORRECTION!
In a clerical error, it was listed that the last game of the season was to occur last night against the Sam & Guns. However, it is actually scheduled for TONIGHT at 9pm. Catch the last game at the Rink at Whitehall and watch us push for that last Greasy Flamingo win! 🦩🏒

After 2 tough losses to the Sam & Guns last week and The Fresh Sticks last night, the Flamingos head into tomorrow nights rematch against the Sam & Guns to officially end the Spring season. With the rink permanently closing at the end of the month, the Championship still has yet to be determined. We will keep everyone updated! 🦩🏒

To finish out the final Spring Season at The Rink at Whitehall, we have a few more games plus the Championship to cram in before the doors permanently close on the 31st. Check out the schedule below, we hope to see you there! 🦩🏒

Today the Flamingos & family have learned of what will be a great loss in the Lehigh Valley. It comes as a surprise with an unknown future for the scholastics leagues, junior teams, and many other leagues who have called The Rink at Whitehall home for many prominent years. We are saddened to say, that we are now searching for a new home to continue playing the sport we all love. Our season will finish and the doors will close permanently as of May 31st. We are extremely thankful for the many friendships and memories that have been made on and off this ice.
