Early bird Yoga with Props at Lake Okahumpka Rec Center Wednesdays 7:30 am.

My Wednesday 7:30 am Yoga class at Lake Okahumpka will be switched to the Everglades at 8 am only for Wednesday, December 18th. Then it will be closed for the holidays til January 8th. Enjoy family and friends! Blessings

I miss teaching at drug and alcohol rehab centers. For years, yoga was an integral part of the program. Not so much now. What elements do you think make an effective rehab center?
