When being invited for dinner, you must eat and drink everything that is being served to you, no matter how thirsty the plant next to you looks! the only exception for refusing is if you are allergic or your religion does not permit you

When setting up a table, place a pair of salt & pepper shakers for every 4 persons on the table! if your seating is for 5 persons or more, then you must place 2 pairs of shakers!!

When your host or hostess picks up their fork to eat, then you may eat. Do not start before this unless the host or hostess insists that you start eating.
