I met the two of them, went swimming together, and now we've been together for 10 years.
"Anytime, forever!" I hope we can continue to be together!

Tokyo 23 wards. Are you a person with a disability and want to learn swimming? In Tokyo here you go!
We can provide individual instruction to people with disabilities who live in Tokyo. We will go to a pool somewhere in the 23 wards. (Consultation). This is not possible for people in diapers, but it is possible for people who are intellectually and physically able to control their toileting habits. I mainly work with Japanese people with disabilities and their families. That's because I can only

We've increased the number of "Swimming Classes for People with Disabilities" to two this year.
Thanks to the efforts of the facility staff, they quickly filled up and are now on a waiting list.
I will do my best to help everyone enjoy swimming more, together with the instruction staff!

The swimming classes for people with disabilities are incredibly popular every year!
The staff at the ward office and the facilities are working hard to accommodate as many participants as possible, but even with the increased number of classes, they are always full and there's a waiting list. Furthermore, we strive to ensure that our instructors continue to love the pool and swimming "forever," and we address each participant's individual needs with flexibility and care.

A program to discover the next generation of para-athletes
I took a look at both the physical fitness test and the sports experience session.
I also exchanged opinions and spoke with the Disability Sports Association, officials from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and bosses of sports facilities.
I hope that all participants will be able to continue enjoying their favorite sports "anytime, anytime, anywhere"!
I was invited to be a staff training instructor at a swimming pool facility in Sendai. Although it was only for a short time, I would like to thank the local boss and staff for their help.I hope that in the near future swimming lessons for people with disabilities will become a regular occurrence!

We would like to extend our best wishes for the New Year.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
Last year, the disabled swimming, gymnastics and para-event classes were well attended, with many participants making the classes bright, lively and energetic. We would like to thank the designated managers and ward office staff for their understanding of our teaching methods.
And thanks to the help of the instructors who came into the classroom, I feel like I have gained even more trust and confidence.
In addition, those receiving individual lessons have improved their swimming ability and broadened their enjoyment of swimming. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to continue working with you.
This year too, we will strive to ensure that many people can continue to enjoy the joy of swimming, and that we are someone they can trust to look after, thereby enriching the connections between people, the community, and society.
Thank you for your continued support this year.

I went to see everyone in Miyakojima for the first time in a year. We hope that by enabling people to swim regularly and being able to learn, this will lead to health promotion and make swimming a more familiar activity. I would also like to return after gaining a better understanding of the local environment. Thank you again for the fun time I had learning!

A para-event was held in Edogawa Ward, Tokyo.
This year I had the opportunity to teach five gymnastics classes.
By using your muscles and running, you can increase your physical strength, and mentally, it will help you focus, gain confidence, and stimulate your brain. We also aim to improve physical function by increasing the range of motion of joints and increasing flexibility. We also hope to develop a sense of balance and improve flexibility, which will help prevent stumbling and injury.
Everyone, from preschoolers with disability certificates to adults and their families, worked up a sweat and had a great time.
