No one is you that is your superpower.

For the longest time I’ve been trying to make sense of life but now I see there is no sense to be made, only life to be lived. There is no set purpose to fulfill, there are no checklist to complete, just an ephemeral moment to breathe, to love, to be kind, to feel. Life is in all that simple things that we so often overlook. Uncomplicate your heart, be here, be present embrace your own journey. There’s so much beauty and wonder to be found right where you are.

Grateful for this day and the rest of the days.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Contraindications: If you have a back or shoulder injury, hold each elbow with the other hand instead of the reverse prayer position. Or, you can place your hands on your hips. Do not lock the knee joints. Bend the knees only slightly, if the hamstrings feel too strained. Pregnant women should avoid this asana. Since this is a balancing asana, do not keep your eyes closed in the final position. Hari Om tatsat

Do not kill the Instinct of the body for the glory of the pose. Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach towards it. Watch it, listen to it, observe its need, Its request, and even have fun. To be sensitive is to be alive.
