Welcome to the official page for the Japan Youth team, the first team to challenge for the win in the Red Bull Youth America's Cup 2017 in Bermuda! The team was formed in late November 2015 by fellow SoftBank Team Japan trialists Alexander Kokumai, Timothy Westwood and Federico Sampei. The team will strive to complete the challenge of bringing the Red Bull Youth America's Cup to Japan to encourage the youth of Japanese sailing to enter the world stage.
