On 4th July we took our students to compete at Mount Kenya university Thika
They did so well in terms of show of discipline and courage bringing a good show of both martial arts effect and sportsmanship in combination.
A number of golds, Silver and bronze medals taken home!

NB;All Blackbelt candidates are urged
to arm themselves with some
basic self defense
skills/awareness which means we
Expect all limbs-strikes as self
defense showcase during grading.

The training will be happening along Thika road like last Year.
