Oh the track. It’s funny how it always leaves me feeling energized afterwards, even though it feels really hard in that moment! ✨✨ I guess runners’ logic is a different kind of logic hehe. 🤪

I can’t say that my legs fully showed up for it today 🤪 but I got it done in the end. It has been such a great first few weeks of 🔨🔨 and loving every run, so actually, to have a day where I have to dig a little bit is no bad thing. It’s a reminder to stay focused and not get too comfortable with the way I do things. ❤️‍🔥
