Best running shoes for a 19 year old with the knees of an 27 year old? I have three races coming up in March that I’ve been training for and I’m worried about the amount of knee pain I’m having. My shoes are over a year old so I know it’s time for new ones. I feel better when I run on dirt and grass but two of the races will be on the road so I need shoes with really good cushion.

I’m training for a 10K next February (2026), I know it’s a long ways away but I have NEVER distance ran, and I have no idea where to start… help!
