Todays training program.

Hello, we are happy to announce that we are back to training again after a long time. Before we had road and marathon runners but we have involved track runners. Aiming at Goals and Achievements.

Most athlete have left for races, 2 athletes are left but competing in few weeks. I will start my easy training at from today. Preparing for the next sessions competition.

From moderate training, easy training, intervals, fertlek and long runs we are still standing and going on.

We changed our long run to be on Thursday and most part of the course will be hilly, we start from has low has 1500m above the sea level to 2800m above the sea level. Distance is 30km.

Training up coming athletes and elite athletes from all over the world to reach there goal. It's a good place for training, a long the highlands of create Rift Valley at the altitude starting from 2500m to 2800m above the sea level. Natural nature, very good roads for training, soft grass in and a long the forest and beautiful landscape.
