Fenerbahce fielded their U19s against Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Cup final as a protest in response to their players being attacked by Trabzonspor fans during a match in March.

Mauro Icardi scored in under a minute for Galatasaray, and Fenerbahce withdrew their players to send a message to the Turkish Football Federation.

Galatasaray were crowned champions and then played against their reserve team so the fans could watch a game.😅
