Our little champs here. By stepping forward, they show others the way to climbing the podium and bagging medals. These ones here participated in this year's East African Games that were held in Kakamega. They made our camp proud. Next year, we will do even better.

As we step into the month, we march with energy and zeal to keep the grind through the last three weeks of the holiday training, happening at the Kericho TTC.

We appreciate the parents and guardians of all our trainees for turning up yesterday to check on our progress. It was a moment of motivation for us all.
