EBOLA AWARENESS: KNOW HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
Awareness can save lives. Ebola spreads through direct contact with the blood or body fluids of an infected person, contaminated materials, infected animals, or the body of someone who has died from the disease.

🩺 Know the symptoms. Understand the risks. Take action.
If you develop symptoms, especially after possible exposure, seek medical attention immediately. Practise good hand hygiene and avoid contact with potentially contaminated materials.

On 1st of October 2026, NCMTC, in partnership with CHPF and the Ministry of Health, joined older persons to celebrate World Elderly Day at the NCMTC grounds.

Guided by the theme “The Age of Longevity: Rethinking Systems for Longer Lives,” the celebration brought together older persons, health partners and the community for a day filled with health checks, health education, music, dancing, poems, presentations and joyful interaction.

The elders shared their talents and experiences, reminding us that age is not a barrier to contribution, connection or celebration. Their energy and participation made the day truly special.

The event came to a beautiful close with cake cutting and a heartfelt sharing of love, as elders received care packages to carry home. 🎂🎁❤️ It was a simple but meaningful gesture of appreciation and a reminder that at NCMTC, we value and honour our elders.
