Last Sunday, members of the TOFA fraternity had the honour of officiating three matches at Gusii Stadium:

Shabana Junior Starlets vs Kiamabundu Queens

Shabana Starlets vs Lowland Starlets

Shabana FC vs Gucha Stars

The occasion was particularly significant for Shabana FC, a top-flight side, as they were officially handed over a new team bus.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Shabana FC for granting us the opportunity to be part of this memorable event. We also commend all match officials for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment in discharging their duties to the highest standards.

The TOFA family is delighted to formally announce that Simeon Ongaga, an English and Literature teacher at Nyabigena Boys High School, has been appointed as a referee ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026.

This remarkable achievement highlights Ongaga’s dedication and excellence both in the classroom and on the football pitch. As an educator, he has played a vital role in shaping young minds, while his passion and commitment to football officiating have seen him rise through the ranks to earn recognition at the highest level of the sport.

His appointment is a testament to years of hard work, discipline, and consistency in refereeing, as well as his deep understanding of the game. It also reflects positively on Nyabigena Boys High School and the wider community, showcasing the impact of nurturing talent across different fields.
