Hey everyone! You care about sports, right? For those who live in Nairobi, could you please take 3 min to respond to this survey to help provide more opportunities to be active! Thank you so much!!
Michael Maranga Owora, Team Tri Fit how is it possible that team "Bio" #50 did their 20km cycle in 39 mins? Which ranks him at 4th place in the entire event's 20km cycle yet he was the last cyclist to start in the team relay. He only did one lap and tagged their Team Runner. The event was great but this part was really disappointing to many of us! The integrity of the marshalls is questionable. Wabbie Yabbie Lorna Onudi Kenny Gendiz Collins Jerry

FIRST PLACE IN THE LADIES CATEGORY

A massive standing ovation to our champion @ritazagoni for taking first place at this year's Nomads Beach Triathlon. She left it all on the course.

Last year at this same event, Rita fell and broke her leg in three places which required surgery and six months healing. This year she was determined to "simply finish" and that she did in style.

She is the epitome of hard work pays off and we couldn't be more proud of her. Keep going madame KGB 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

[01/16/20]   A few moons ago, a host of Kenya's triathletes and duathletes came together in Diani to compete in what has become known as "Kenya's fastest triathlon".

Set on pristine beautiful sandy beaches, the event saw a total of 105 participants go head to head in the Olympic Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, Team Triathlon Challenge, Sprint Duathlon and Kids Triathlon Challenge.

The athletes drawn from all over Kenya battled an open water swim, flat and fast bike course and closed with a "relatively flat" but scorching hot run course that saw Mombasa based athletes Soud Hassan, John Paul Makona and Josette Kiarie take home the top honors.

2019 Diani Triathlon and Duathlon Challenge

The 2019 Triathlon and Duathlon Kenya calendar came to an amazing close this past weekend in Diani in what can only be described as the fastest and hottest triathlon in the country.

******

Set on the white pristine sandy beaches of Diani Reef Beach Resort, this years event saw a total of 105 participants go head to head in the Olympic Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, Team Triathlon Challenge, Sprint Duathlon and Kids Triathlon Challenge.
