Saturday at the East Africa Super Woman Awards was a powerful reminder that leadership is not simply about titles or positions. It is about the lives we influence, the spaces we transform, and the possibilities we create for others.

Two CEOs from the I Am Leading Book Club and members of the Ignited Woman of Excellence community were recognized for their extraordinary impact on people, organizations, and communities.

What makes this even more inspiring is this:
they are women just like us.

We anchored ourselves in the wisdom of the Proverbs 31 Woman, a woman of strategy, diligence, enterprise, and multiplication. A woman who understood that wealth is built intentionally.
We were honored to welcome our guest speaker, Monica, CEO of Arvocap, who delivered a rich, eye-opening session full of learning and challenge.
She unpacked 4 limitations that stop women leaders from igniting the millionaire within:
1️⃣ Thinking too short-term
We were challenged to elevate our lens and begin thinking long-term—about investments, legacy, and future impact.
2️⃣ Analysis Paralysis
Overthinking often delays destiny. We were reminded to execute with speed, clarity, and courage.
3️⃣ Fear of Risk
Queens do not allow fear to imprison their future. We were challenged to become wise risk-takers who move boldly.
4️⃣ Underestimating Ourselves
Many women shrink what is possible. We were reminded to expand our vision, trust our capacity, and step into the world as investors.
What a powerful reminder that wealth creation begins in the mind before it manifests in the hands.
This was not just a meeting.
It was an activation.
And I know many Queens left that room thinking differently, seeing differently, and preparing to move differently.
