A lot of what I eat, how I eat, and why I eat it… I borrowed from my grandma. I call her The First Lady. 🤍
Close to a century in her years, she’s still energetic: walks upright, has perfect vision and hearing sees and remembers all of us (over 40 grandkids and several great-grandkids). The cane here was only because of an accident, not age.
I grew up watching her eat clean, natural, mostly unprocessed foods… simple meals, not too much oil, but still tasty, nourishing, and full of life. She lived iclean eating in real life💖💫… And it reminds me that even today, in this fast, modern world, healthy, balanced eating is still very possible. It doesn’t have to be complicated.
Some habits are not trends. They’re legacy.💞
