How effective is your team?
When in an , there are so many aspects to consider for an team to deliver. The most common model to focus on in terms of team is the SCORE- model S-strategy; C- clear roles and responsibilities; O- open communication; R- rapid response; and E- effective .
Let's speak about open today.
When we mention about open communication; the important two questions that we should always ask ourselves are:
i. Do we have respect for individual differences; and
ii. Do we have an open communication environment among members?
In terms of respecting the individual differences, how so do we respect them, there being different communication channels? Have you done an AUDIENCE analysis among team members to understand the preferred channels amongst them?
