New year, new goalsβ€”and plenty of excitement ahead. πŸ‘βœ¨
We began the year by sitting down with our senior players (Form 4s) to reflect on the journey so far and appreciate the milestones we achieved in 2025. It was a simple but meaningful moment of sharing, laughter, and honest conversations about where we’ve been and where we’re headed.

Kindly hosted by Coach Peter Musyoka Mwathe the meeting reminded us why this team is special. As we step into the new season, we’re proud to be guided by this talented and committed group of players who continue to grow, lead, and inspire on and off the pitch.

We’re excited for what lies ahead and grateful to start the year togetherβ€”focused, motivated, and ready for the work. πŸ’ͺπŸ‘

πŸ‘βœ¨ Growing the Game, One School at a Time! βœ¨πŸ‘

Today, Mwiki Hockey had the pleasure of introducing hockey to the students of Githurai Kimbo Comprehensive School. Just like last weekend at Mwiki Primary, the learners got their very first taste of the sport through fun drills and basic skills β€” and their excitement was simply unmatched! πŸ™Œ

Our mission is simple: to spread the love of hockey to more schools in our community, giving every child the chance to discover their talent, build confidence, and dream big. πŸ’™

Hockey Comes to Mwiki Primary School! πŸ‘

Yesterday we had a great time at Mwiki Primary School, where we got to showcase hockey to the pupils. The energy and excitement from the kids was amazing, and it’s always special seeing young ones pick up the sticks for the first time.

We’re also happy to share that Mwiki Hockey has partnered with Mwiki Primary School as part of our growing development program. This partnership means more opportunities to introduce hockey at the grassroots level and nurture the next generation of players right from our community. πŸ’™

Step by step, we’re growing the game together. πŸ™Œ

As is the tradition at the end of every championship, we came together as one family to celebrate our journey β€” the victories, the lessons, the growth, and the memories. πŸ‘πŸ’›πŸ–€

The girls closed the curtain on FEASSSA 2025 by sharing a cake πŸŽ‚ β€” a sweet reminder that beyond the scores and results, hockey is about unity, friendship, and building something bigger than ourselves. 🌍✨

We leave this tournament stronger, wiser, and hungrier for the future. πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ Here’s to the journey, the family, and the dreams that keep us pushing forward! 🌟
