Had the honor to speak today to the staff at APA Insuarance during women's international day.
Your health is the basis of everything you want to do in life
Want to make more money? Ensure you are healthy
Want to grow in the career ladder? Be healthy

In an age where all the information is online? Whey do most people continue to struggle with their weight?
It's because they focus on the wrong thing - they focus on what to do vs focusing on what go you here and the attitudes that's caused them to gain excess weight
