The next 15-60 minutes after exercise is optimal time to eat carbohydrates rich foods and drinks because enzymes responsible for making glycogen active are most active and replace depleted glycogen stores. Proteins help to repair muscles therefore also essential. The most important nutritional strategy is fluid replacement. Drink juice, water or carbohydrates rich sports drinks to replace what you've sweat out. Now you can have your health post exercise sessions.
