Tsuyoshi Monda’s journey is proof of what can happen when talent is supported by the right environment.

From playing at Under 13 level, to earning a scholarship, receiving holistic development and high-performance coaching, his growth has been shaped both on and off the field.

At just 16 years old, he made the Kenya U18 team, before continuing his development through national and African high-performance camps. Today, he continues his journey through the Kenya U20 pathway.

This is more than rugby. It is a story of opportunity, discipline, mentorship, education, character development, and the power of investing in young talent.
