🏃♂️ Saturday Long Run — Ultra Mindset Activated 😤🔥
45.46km | 5:51 min/km | 4:25:35 | ⛰️ 755m | ❤️ 137 bpm
When the long run starts looking like an ultra, you know things are getting serious. 45km on tired legs (4th run of the week) — this wasn’t just a run, this was a full-day assignment 😅
Pace stayed steady, heart rate behaved, and the body just kept showing up kilometer after kilometer. Hills added the pressure, time on feet did the rest.
Not flashy, not easy… but very real work.
This is beyond marathon prep now — this is building something deeper.
Big miles. Big respect. We move. 🔥

🏃♂️ Saturday Long Run — Late Start, Heat Lesson 😅🔥
37.08km | 5:57 min/km | 3:40:46 | ⛰️ 648m | ❤️ 138 bpm
Started late… and the sun made sure I paid for it in full 😂 After a certain point it stopped being a run and became a negotiation with heat, hills, and hydration.
5th run of the week, legs already taxed, but the mission stayed the same — keep moving forward. Pace adjusted, effort managed, and the grind got done the hard way.
Not pretty, not comfortable… but definitely earned.
Next time: respect the clock 😅

Friday Recap. Ready for 'Long Run Saturday'😜

🏃♂️ Saturday Long Run — Heat vs Human 😅🔥
36.37km | 5:46 min/km | 3:29:58 | ⛰️ 592m | ❤️ 139 bpm
4th run of the week and the sun said, “let’s make it interesting.” After 14km it turned into a full-on heat battle — pace adjusted, sweat levels upgraded, and survival mode activated 😅
1.3L of fluids later… still negotiating with the sun and my life choices 😂
Not the smoothest, not the coolest (literally), but the work got done. Sometimes it’s not about pace — it’s about adapting and finishing strong in tough conditions.
Heat 1 — Me 1 🤝🔥

🏃♂️ Saturday Long Run — Controlled Pressure 😤🔥
35.42km | 5:29 min/km | 3:14:24 | ⛰️ 533m | ❤️ 145 bpm
A strong one. Long miles with a bit of intent — not racing, but definitely not relaxing either. Pace held steady, effort stayed honest, and the legs showed up when it mattered.
Hills added their usual spice, heart rate sat in that “working but under control” zone, and the engine kept ticking for over 3 hours.
This is the kind of run where you don’t just finish… you earn it.
Big miles. Solid rhythm. Confidence rising. 🔥
